Wing Wednesday: AnA Shawarma

Time for another Wing Wednesday....Let's Eat at AnA Shawarma y'all.

I first tried Ana Shawarma as a food truck. The truck serves shawarma bowls, Philly cheesesteaks, and banana pudding.

The Philly really impressed me. However, these wings, only served at their new ghost kitchen, absolutely blew my mind 🤯. They are insanely delicious and possibly tossed in the BEST BUFFALO SAUCE I have ever had.

The wings are are great size, perfectly fried, crispy, and tender. You can order them alone or get fries as a side.

The buffalo sauce is creamy with hints of garlic butter and herbs. Unlike others, this one has a good kick. I would not consider it burning hot or anything, it's certainly more of a mild savory spice.

I would compare the heat level to most other buffalo sauces. It is truly the flavor of the seasonings blended in it, that give it that extra flare that has me going back almost weekly.

Ordering and pick up is easy and convenient. Give them a call or use one of their third party platforms (Uber or doordash) to order. I typically call in to support the business directly 🫶🏿.

Once you arrive, just ring the AnA doorbell and you will be assisted. If your order isn't ready yet, there a few stools to sit and wait.

Please be aware that the wings are ONLY AVAILABLE at the ghost kitchen. You will not find them on their food truck.
