I possibly had the BEST wings in all of Columbus on my last trip to Blackbird Kitchen. This hole in the wall joint is serving some incredible fast casual American street food.
They have everything from nachos to smash burgers, and even offer a few Mexican items, including birria and shrimp tacos. The wings are a new addition and an absolute MUST TRY.
The wings are brined, baked, and fried. I loved the crisp on them and the sauces are deliciously mouth watering.
My favorite is the Alabama white sauce, but honestly the spicy garlic and dry rub are incredible as well. I have already been back several times to order these. I might just start showing up weekly at this point.
If you love a good wing, I highly recommend giving these a try. They are extremely well priced and very tasty. This is one of those everything is good spots, so order 1 of everything while you're at it.
